The Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPS) is hosting the 4th annual edition of its Youth Engagement Programme taking place from 14–15 February 2023.

The EGYPS Youth Engagement Programme continues to provide an on-site learning platform, engaging with high school students within the framework of STEM Education, focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to ultimately encourage them to pursue careers in the oil and gas industry.

Learn about the definition of AI and its importance in our life. Experience real life applications and products of AI through participating in a series of AI workshops

Cybersecurity

CYBERSECURITY ZONE

Learn about code programming skills and planning skills through a series of cybersecurity logic game challenges. Analyze a multi-threaded program with a security mindset, thinking through all the ways a programme might go wrong

ENGINEERING ZONE

Discover the fundamentals of engineering. Learn about the engineering design processes. 
Build a prototype of a specific project. Learn new skills through problem solving, big thinking and team building.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER ZONE

Understand how electricity really works. Learn the basics of electrical engineering. Build an exciting project such as Am Radios, Water Alarm, Conduction Detector, Pressure Alarm and much more!

Learn about offshore Rigs. Build a prototype of a specific offshore rig using provided materials at the workshop. Discover different types of offshore structures that are used in the oil and gas industry.
