Kareem is a talented and self-motivated Petroleum Engineer and Leader. Started with bp in 2013, and since then filled diverse petroleum engineering roles through which he gained deep technical, operational, and cultural expertise working with oil and gas assets in Egypt and North Sea. Kareem held both office and field-based roles where he built wide experience in well work planning and opportunity progression, well integrity, system modelling and optimization, production operations, as well as sand management. In his most recent role, Kareem is seconded to PhPC JV to lead the Base management team safely manage wells and deliver production plans.
