Pavan Chilukuri

Pavan Chilukuri is Managing Director and Head of Middle East at Energex Partners, a practitioner-led advisory firm focused on energy transition, M&A, and infrastructure. He has extensive experience in industrial decarbonization and CCUS, having previously served as Vice President of CCUS at Holcim in Switzerland and Director of decarbonization technologies at Shell in the Netherlands. Pavan has led multi-billion-euro CCUS project portfolios, secured over €1 billion in public funding from the EU, and worked closely with governments, investors, and industry to design bankable low-carbon business models. He holds an MBA from Duke University from USA and a Doctorate & Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Netherlands.
