What is the Egypt Energy Show?

The Egypt Energy Show is Egypt’s Global Energy Platform, bringing together governments, policymakers, operators, investors, technology providers and industry leaders from around the world.

Positioned at the crossroads of global energy flows, the show connects global priorities with regional opportunity across the full energy value chain, creating three days of access to the people, projects, technologies and partnerships driving global energy progress.

Who should attend the Egypt Energy Show?

The Egypt Energy Show is designed for energy professionals, decision-makers and industry leaders from across the global energy value chain.

The show brings together government representatives, NOCs, IOCs, IECs, operators, EPCs, investors, technology providers, service companies, engineers, consultants and innovators working across upstream, gas and LNG, downstream, power and utilities, renewables, hydrogen, electrification, digitalisation, AI and future energy systems.

The Egypt Energy Show 2027 will take place from 29–31 March 2027.

Where is the Egypt Energy Show held?

The Egypt Energy Show 2027 will be held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo, Egypt.

How can I attend the Egypt Energy Show 2027?

You can attend the Egypt Energy Show 2027 by completing the visitor registration form. Visitor registration is complimentary.

Is visa support available for international visitors?

There is an option to request a visa invitation letter through the visitor registration form. Please ensure your passport details are available when completing your registration.

Are there recommended hotels for attendees?

Yes. Preferential hotel rates and accommodation options are available through the official Travel Guide. Coming soon.

What if I have already registered as a visitor?

If you have already registered, you will receive a confirmation email using the email address provided during registration.

Your print-at-home badge will be sent closer to the event. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for event updates.

What does my visitor badge give me access to?

Your complimentary visitor pass gives you access to the Egypt Energy Show exhibition, where you can:

How do I register as a visitor?

Visitor registration is complimentary. Complete the visitor registration form and, once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle bus services and transportation details will be announced closer to the event to support visitor access to the venue.

Where can I find travel information?

Travel, accommodation and transportation information is available through the official Travel Guide.

Can I amend my registration?

Yes. You can amend your details by resubmitting the visitor registration form using your registered email address. A pop-up will appear allowing you to update your information.

 

Can I attend the Egypt Energy Show Conferences as a visitor?

No. A visitor pass provides access to the exhibition but does not include access to the Strategic or Technical Conferences.

You can upgrade to a delegate pass to access the conference programme.

Will there be conferences alongside the exhibition?

Yes. The Egypt Energy Show 2027 features two conferences – the Strategic Conference and the Technical Conference – bringing together global energy leaders, policymakers, investors, technical experts and innovators.

Across 100 conference sessions, 400 global speakers will address the strategic and technical priorities influencing energy security, investment, infrastructure, technology and future energy systems.

How can I register as Media?

Media representatives can apply for accreditation by completing the Egypt Energy Show Media Registration form.

Register as Media

Is my media registration confirmed once I have completed the form?

No. Submitting the media registration form does not automatically confirm accreditation. All media applications are subject to verification and vetting by the Egypt Energy Show team.

When will I be informed if my media registration has been approved?

Approved media representatives will receive an email confirmation prior to the event. Only applicants who have successfully completed the accreditation process will receive confirmation.

Where does accredited media have access at the Egypt Energy Show?

Accredited media will have access to designated areas across the Egypt Energy Show 2027, subject to accreditation level and any session-specific access restrictions.
