The Race to Zero in an interactive area which aims to promote sustainable practices to mitigate climate change. In this zone, the youth will take a journey to gain insights about the Oil & Gas industry in general and how it is transitioning to clean energy.

The Engineering Zone aims to highlight the critical role of engineering in shaping the future of energy. It aims to facilitate industry engagement by encouraging high school students to explore this field and provide university students and young professionals to interact industry leaders.

Young EGYPES provides a volunteering programme for industry students to help them gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and build their network within the industry. The program aims to develop their leadership, communication, problem solving and collaboration skills while gaining a greater understanding of the challenges facing the Oil, Gas and Energy sectors and the role they play in shaping the future of energy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Promotion
Volunteers will play a vital role in spreading awareness and attracting attendees to the program.
Mentoring and Guidance
Volunteers will act as mentors and provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help young participants explore their interests in the energy field, set goals, and develop their skills.
Program Facilitation
Volunteers will assist the Project Manager in facilitating different workshops and activities in the program and will carry on specific tasks assignment not only at the EGYPES Youth program stand but may also have opportunities to work on other features in the event.
