There is an option to request a visa invitation letter on the Visitor registration form. Please ensure your passport details are ready when completing the form.

What if I have already registered as a visitor?
If you have already registered as a visitor, you will receive a confirmation email with your print-at-home badge two weeks prior to the event. Please ensure the email address used during registration is valid and check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) closer to the event date.

Can I attend the EGYPES Conferences as a visitor?

Is my media registration confirmed once I have completed the form?
No. Submitting the media registration form does not automatically confirm accreditation. All media applications are subject to verification and vetting by the EGYPES team.
When will I be informed if my media registration has been approved?
Approved media will receive an email confirmation approximately one month prior to the event. Only applicants who have been successfully vetted will receive confirmation.
Where does accredited media have access at EGYPES?
Accredited media have access to the exhibition floor, conference programmes, and feature areas throughout EGYPES 2026, subject to any session-specific restrictions.
