Himanshu is a highly motivated, self-driven, dynamic and enthusiastic upstream oil and gas young professional with ten years of experience in petroleum industry. Himanshu’s diversified industry experience includes expertise in production optimization, artificial lift system design, well completion technologies and reservoir engineering. He is presently serving dual roles as Applications Engineer for completions and production technology segment of Weatherford in Qatar and Global Applications Engineer for Gas Lift and Chemical Injection Systems. Prior to this Himanshu has held several regional and geo-zone positions for Weatherford in the Middle East. Overseen gas lift business and chemical injection business and supported forty countries in the Middle East and Asia region. Actively engaged with multiple major NOCs and IOCs, managed various key customer accounts in the region. Himanshu graduated from MIT Pune in India with bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering. He has published 10+ international papers and won a dozen of national student technical paper presentation events in India.
