  • The organizers are not responsible for any intellectual property issues that may arise from the participant's submission of their project.

  • The organizers reserve the right to use the participant's project for publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to publishing project summaries, photographs, and videos.

  • The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their participation in the competition.
