Mohamed Fathy Abdel Aziz is a Chemist holding a Ph.D. Degree in Applied BioChemistry, 2018, Cairo University, has 10 years of diversified experience in the oil industry (upstream and downstream), ever since he has joined EGPC at 2013, where he started his career as a Junior
chemist at Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel – ENI) in Drilling fluids & Cementing Department
at: Well site at both Offshore & Onshore Gulf of Suez (Abu Rudeis Field), Mediterranean, Nile Delta and Cairo Drilling Head Office and then exposed to wider experience in dealing with different cultures and nationalities, by being enrolled in the Schlumberger Company (MI SWACO) Egypt branch since as
Drilling Fluids Engineer and also in Aramco at Saudi Arabia as Consultant Drilling Fluid Engineer.
Mohamed has showed remarkable mastery of leadership, coaching competencies and a
motivational supervisor, when promoted to further supervisory positions.
Believing in the importance of continuous self and others’ development, Mohamed has been
involved in many workshops and was considered a pivotal Focal Point for her Department’s
training and development plans, and did enrich her post graduates studies by Ph.D. Degree and
