Aldo Costantini was born in 1977 and graduated in Engineering at University of Rome, La Sapienza (ITALY).

He has 15 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry with solid Engineering background in Upstream activities.

He has an extensive experience in Egyptian E&P business and Stakeholders’ management (EGPC, EGAS, Partners). He has proved knowledge captured in leading and co-leading organizations of different scales – supermajors utilities to joint ventures in Egypt, Germany, Italy as well as the UK.

Aldo is a creative forward thinker actively involved in business models transformation towards modernization, efficiency and profitably. He is a strong promoter of a solid culture of efficiency, integrity, transparency, accountability, sustainability, and equality across the organizations.

He started his carrier in 2004 as reservoir Engineer in a Joint industrial Project on Transient flow in Gas Condensate Reservoirs at Imperial College London. 

In 2006 he joined RWE where he worked onshore and offshore as petroleum and reservoir engineer in Germany and the UK.

In 2011 he moved to Milan, Italy to work for Edison I EDF Group as Senior Reservoir Engineer responsible for Italian and MEAN assets; in November 2011 he was appointed as Senior Manager in Egypt to manage subsurface, production and operations activities in the Joint Ventures and Cairo Branch.

Aldo was awarded as author of several E&P publications in Germany, Egypt and in the UK.

Since April 2019, he is General Manager & Managing Director and Board Member for Energean in the Joint Ventures AQP, PetroAmeriya and NIPETCO managing all upstream activities and the Joint Venture Business as well as the relations between the JVs and the Stakeholders including Energean, EGPC and EGAS.
